Add orthobiologics to your practice — and own every part of it.
We partner with practices to build a high-quality orthobiologics program from the ground up. No franchise, no protocol lock-in, no brand dependency.
Led by Dr. Jason Glowney
Board-certified, with thousands of his own patients treated across PRP, prolotherapy, and BMAC — hands-on experience delivering results every day.
Four treatments. Your choice of any or all.
Orthobiologics comes down to four point-of-care procedures, each using the patient's own biology. A practice can offer any combination — the mix is always yours to decide.
Platelet-rich plasma
The patient's own platelets, concentrated in a centrifuge and injected to support healing in tendons, ligaments, and joints.
Prolotherapy
Targeted injections that prompt the body's own repair response in worn or lax ligaments and tendons — using the patient's own healing.
Bone marrow aspirate concentrate
Cells drawn from the patient's own marrow and concentrated, then injected where more regenerative capacity is needed.
Microfragmented adipose tissue
The patient's own fat, gently microfragmented and injected as a living scaffold rich in regenerative cells — most often paired with BMAC.
Your patients want this. Building it right is the hard part.
Orthobiologics is one of the most attractive cash-pay service lines in musculoskeletal care. But most practices that want to add it have no clear, reliable path — the barriers are real, and they're hard to clear piece by piece.
The right equipment
Centrifuges, kits, and lab instrumentation take specialized knowledge to spec and size correctly.
A protocol library
Building clinical SOPs, consent, and safety frameworks from scratch is time-intensive and easy to get wrong.
A compliant space
Designing a sterile procedure room and lab to environmental standards requires real, hands-on experience.
Physician technique
Learning to perform these procedures takes the case volume and mentorship a single practice can't self-generate.
We'll partner with you to walk through it all — start to finish.
Two phases, one continuous path to go-live.
Start with a standalone assessment. If it makes sense for both of us, continue into a coordinated implementation — or stop after Phase 1. The choice stays yours throughout.
Orthobiologics Readiness Assessment
An on-site evaluation and a written Playbook — where you stand, your revenue potential, and the path to launch — then a Decision Meeting on whether to proceed.
- A written Readiness Playbook
- Opportunity & revenue assessment
Full Implementation
We coordinate every workstream — equipment, space, protocols, technique, and operations — and stay with you through your first live cases. You own all of it.
- Equipment, lab & protocol library you own
- Physicians trained through first live cases
Training, infrastructure — or both?
Courses give training without infrastructure. Networks give infrastructure with constraints. We give both, with none of the strings.
Group courses
- One-day technique training
- No facility or lab design
- No personalized equipment or custom SOPs
- No live-practice mentorship
Licensed network
- Protocols & referrals
- No custom SOPs
- Recurring license fees
- Operate under their brand
Franchise
- Turnkey clinic brand
- Not physician-owned
- $180K–$330K buy-in
- Consumer-facing identity
Orthobio Partners
- Training and infrastructure
- Personalized equipment & custom SOPs
- No ongoing fees
- You own everything, under your name
Built by people who do this every day.
We run an active, high-quality orthobiologics clinic and teach from direct, current experience — not theory. That grounding is the source of both our credibility and our standard.
